yikes!
I had five pulled once.. and then I had to have oral surgery and they took a laser and burned off layers of my gums to make my teeth come in faster. No lie.
Haha, and braces, oh man that was hell.
I'm lucky though, I might not have to have my wisdom teeth pulled at all ^_^ and I'm missing one too haha.
Anyways, GOOD LUCK!
Eat lots of ice cream, lounge about for a few days, and RELAX!
and don't be in too much pain... thats key.

My wisdom teeth were impacted inot my jaw so they had to break the bone around the teeth to get them out they were also HUGE almost as big as my fingertip form the tip to the joint >.< I had swolen cheeks and a massive bruise either side of my neck from my jaw to hald wya down my neck they ha ot be so rough to get those teeth out.
The other four were my pre molars and htye only took two out at a time then waited a couple of weeks before pullnig out hte other two.

Whoa. Talk about weird. De...I only had 3 wisdom teeth too. WHY DO YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO BE THE SAME AS ME? My god...
But yeah, anyways... I only had 2 wisdom teeth removed. The third was so far in that they were afraid if they pulled it out they'd break into my sinal cavity and that I'd have to go for major surgery. So they just left it in there. But damn it bothers me! Like, sometimes it hurts like craziness.
Anyways, yeah....Good luck with that! Hope everything goes well!

Well i'm back with stitches, swollen mouth and a bit of aching; thats about it. So the doc and the ortho decided to leave two of my front teeth alone for now, instead just the five wisdom teeth were pulled. It started off ok, kinda funny because the doc put the IV in and was just like, "you're gonna feel a little sleepy and you'll slowly drift off." yeah well ya know what? I don't even remember drifting off. Next thing I knew I was in another room all groggy and just waking up. Was walking like a drunkard until I was on my way home. Sister had to go into the grocery store for my perscriptions so I was left alone in the car, which was fine until I looked down and a stream of blood went onto my jacket and seat belt. Thankfully I had a nappy and was able to wipe it up. My mouth was still frozen so i couldn't dispose of any blood in my mouth discreetly aka spit in a napkin. So I swung open the door and let it ooze out of my mouth. MUAH! When I told my best bud that we started cracking jokes, one of them being writing my name in blood Laura wuz here. Anyway when I had actually tried spitting out the blood it simply splattered all over the door so another mess to wipe up. Yesterday I could have been online but I was too lazy, though prolly was good anyway cause I had to do the whole cold compress thing and pills. Thought I would be loopy too from Tylenol 3 but they gave me a different drug. Anywho I have pictures of a canadain penny, my warped double tooth and my normal wisdom tooth. Pardom the blurryness but I couldn't get my cam to focus any better. i5.photobucket.com/albums/y180/Laurlie/Tooth3.jpgi5.photobucket.com/albums/y180/Laurlie/tooth2.jpgi5.photobucket.com/albums/y180/Laurlie/Tooth1.jpgBTW peeps post! *snaps fingers*

Haha... when I got Oral surgery I was like.. out cold. It's weird, one second you're awake, and the next you are in a dark corner with a blanket over you.
I don't remember much, but apparently my mom tried to wake me up several times, but I would put the blanket over my head.. And then she would take it off and I would giggle like a schoolgirl and put it back over my head again.
This went on for 20 minutes until I finally really woke up.
I know, weird right?
Haha I love the crazy things people do when they are incarcerated.
And, holy hell, that is one wack tooth.
And not wiggety wack either.

One minute i'm in the preperatino room and they have hte mask on next im in the recovery ward feeling groggy and read about four pages of a book before fallnig bakc asleep. I barely remember how most of my teeth were pulled, then again i was very young. few things i remember: Bitting the doctor with ye scary needle -having some kind of gasmask pushed on my face (..I was co-operative..>.>) then going of to merry land, waking up later. getting home and getting many presents, was like christmas. Only with more puking of blood during the night. No joke btw: Anisha, ouch.
