Credits to Lore *thumbs up*
In a world of blue and little green, pirates rule. The legendary Steeler, a man who is horrifyingly powerful, controls a vast ship of ruthless men, adorned with a cannon, but not just any cannon, a Rune cannon operated by a Sea Witch's heart... a bit of it, anyway. Steeler's goal is destroying many lives and converting innocents into an army of ghouls and zombies for his mistress down below.
A group of pirates - you all - venture out in an epic quest to slay an evil which has wrapped it's hand around Steeler's cold soul. Some join Steeler willingly, while others who fight against him are changed forever. This is a threat that must be dealt with. Have a crew, pilot your own pirate ship, battle creatures of the deep while you hunt down Steeler.

"TACK IT STARBOARD, YA FILTHY RAT SCUM! TACK IT, AFORE I SHOVE ME DAGGER STRAIGHT INTA YER EYE-HOLE!"
The boom flew sideways as the nimble crew leapt out of the way, avoiding the flying log of wood big enough to bash what little brains they had into mush. The ship swung to the right, evening off at 33 degrees, the waves slamming into the prow hard enough to jolt even the toughest sailors off their feet. The worked quickly, untying and tying ropes again and again, hawsers pulled tight, boat hooks groaning with pressure. The forecastle was overrun with storming sailors, and the hammocks were mostly empty as the crew moved busily above deck like bees on a hive. The First Mate bellowed out the orders, and the men followed them to the letter. And not just because they knew he wasn't joking when he told them he'd put a dagger through their eye. Even at 100 feet, First Mate Dillings was a crack shot.
Below deck, the sounds of the hustle were muted and dulled, to the point where it was easy for the Captain to concentrate. He sat in his cabin, poring over his maps and charts, all alone and with an order to be left undisturbed. The lamp light flickered over the parchment as he rummaged from one map to another, compass in hand, tracing lines and measuring distances. He mumbled to himself awkwardly and quietly, not that anyone was listening, as he worked steadily.
Steeler. The name brought a chill down any smart pirate's spine. And as for those that felt no chill...well...when they went up against Steeler, they had no spine left at all. Steeler was a plague on the seas, a demon pirate. He had to be stopped, before he turned the entire naval world into a mass of servants to his deadly Mistress. He was beyond dangerous. He was...anathema. The last time the Captain had met with his fellow captains during on-shore leave, they had spoken about Steeler. And there was really only one option. Kill the bastard, before he killed them all. A select few, those good enough and smart enough to take on the demon pirate, were sent out to find him and destroy him, if they could. But, of course, pirate captains worked alone....the Captain had lost contact with the others a day after they had left port. It was disheartening. A handful of pirate ships, arrayed against a mythical cruiser said to be the size of ten normal ships, with 8 sails and a cannon that possessed incredible power. There was no way in hell a single pirate could go up against that and live. He had to find someone else to help him.
Captain "Lightning Bill", William Jacob Bean, wasn't a stupid man. He may have been a pirate, but he was no clod. Born Lord William Solfellows, a rich Marquis' fourth son, William had been left with nothing, as his brothers had taken his inheritance once his pompous father had died. Left with no choice but to join the British Navy, the Lord had done so under a changed name with not a penny in his coffers. But he was a surprisingly good sailor, and an even better fighter. He had been well-trained as a Marquis' son, and his training in the Navy itself had gone surprisingly well. He was known all around as "Lightning Bill", with the fastest repostes anyone had ever seen. He worked his way up from simple sailor to quartermaster to second mate, then to First Mate. And right about that time...his ship was attacked by pirates.
It was a bloody battle. The pirates had been attacking any and all naval ships to come within range because of the fact that King George had passed a new anti-smuggling law. When they had seen the HMS GoodFaith, they had hit her broadside with their cannons, then quickly boarded for hand to hand combat. Every single Navy sailor was killed...except for William. He fought for 2 back-breaking hours with nothing but a musket with one bullet and a standard-issue rapier. He slew over 40 pirates in those 2 hours alone, mostly out of desperation. The pirate captain finally put a stop to his insane battling, and posed a deal. His life, if he joined the crew. Exhausted and nearly dead, he agreed.
It didn't take long before Lightning Bill took his place among the highest of the pirates. The rough lifestyle of a pirate was more to his liking, even though at times it insulted his formerly delicate Lordly sensibilities. He soon learned the amazing amounts of fun in gambling, whoring, and killing. Something inside him just clicked with the entire lifestyle, as if a monster that had been caged inside him was reborn. He was still the most educated pirate, having been taught as a child, but he was also ruthless, cunning, and could be incredibly cruel. And he was damn fast. It didn't take long before he murdered the old captain in cold blood and took the ship, the Hell's Tooth, as his own. And nobody who didn't want a swift rapier through their heart put up a fight. On the day he was made Captain, he hoisted the Jolly Roger up on high, and said in his loudest voice, "I'll be your captain now! And anyone who doesn't agree can very happily join their loved ones with good old Davey Jones. Understand?" He only had to kill three of them with his rapier to get the point across. The sharks fed well that day.
Now, however, Lightning Bill sat in his cabin, poring over the charts and maps he had of the wide seas. Steeler was out here somewhere. All he needed to do was get a whiff of him. Suddenly going above deck, he yelled out to the helmsman.
"7 points port, Cristof! We're heading for Santa Bellana!"
The crowd of sailors heard, but there was no cheer. Santa Bellana. Anywhere but Santa Bellana.....

Sorah Srilahari, Daughter of the sea stood upon the prowl of the twin-mast Ship Majesty and watched the horizon rise and fall as the ship rocked with the gentle sway of Mother Sea. Her thick woven grey cloak revealed nothing of what she wore below it and the deep hood cast her face so deeply into shadow that none cold see her face clearly. Were they to see her properly however they would see her slate-grey eyes cold and merciless as the sea n a storm flecked with crystal blue like the sea is now on this clear beautiful morning. Her hair was also that same vibrant blue colour touched with a grey sheen that made it look like the surface of the sea thanks to the slight wave to it. Her waist long hair was also laced with strands of moist sea grass that never dried.
Under her heavy grey cloak she wore a white simple gown that reached to her ankles. It had no sleeves jus the shoulder straps and the low riding back. On her right ankle she wore an anklet made of small pearls while on her wrists and around her neck she wore necklaces and bracelets made of brightly colored seashells. The only other piece of jewelry she wore was a strange of black pearls that sit upon the crown on her head and have a single black-tear shaped pearl upon her forehead just between her eyebrows.
Shifting slightly Sorah rubbed her palms together softly and continued to watch the horizon. Upon her left palm was the True Water Rune, the master rune of water from which all water runes were derived while on her right palm was a Wind Rune, while not a master rune like the True Water Rune, but it was a powerful Rune that gave her some fine control over the currents of air. While upon the back of her neck hidden beneath her hair where none could ever see it unless they lifted it up was the Unique Rune of SeaBeasts… very few if any knew of that runes existence and she intended on keeping it that way.
Enjoying the ride on the charted vessel, Sorah kept her eyes on horizon, overhead clouds were beginning to form and she could already taste the water collecting in the air. Soon the vessel would enter a forming fog bank and then she would see what would come. Surely no pirate vessel could pass up the opportunity to raid a vessel such as this when it is blinded by thick sea fog…

WHAM!!![/i]
The Majesty lurched. An attack!? There was no warning. But as a confused crew and nobles scrambled about, a lookout now lay motionless with an arrow in him. "DIE!!!" The attackers cried. Their weapons spilled blood. Flame rained down on Majesty. "PIRATES!!!" The smoke rose and Sorah was surrounded with a dangerous enemy...

Sorah was thrown to the side as Majesty was rammed. Climbing to her feet she looked out across the deck and watched as flames spread like a hungry beast across the deck. Someone screamed pirates and then all was chaos. The crew of Majesty didn’t stand a chance as the pirates swarmed over the deck under the haze of the fog and smoke disarming ok killing them quickly.
The crew of this pirate ship was efficient to say the least and no sooner had they rounded up the crew then the Pirates noticed her standing upon the prow of the ship watching the scene unfold. Elbowing and laughing among themselves they surrounded her weapons drawn. They obviously felt themselves to be rather confident… they had no idea…
One moved forward to take firm hold of her but he got no closer then three steps when he was hit form the side with the force of a horse kick. The man went flying into a couple of his companions and groaned. The others looked at their downed comrade and then at Sorah who was still concealed under her full cloak and deep hood. “Don’t even try it lads,” she warned rising her left hand slowly out of her robe. She showed them her True Water Rune.
Several Pirates paled at the sight of the mark and backed off but a couple of others set their faces in determination. They would kill her if they got the chance. Sorah sighed deeply and looked at the Pirates. “These flames need to be put out before we all burn…” she clicked her fingers and to the horror of all the pirates a wave suddenly swamped the deck knocking the feet out from under several of them but washed over the flames putting them out with an angry hiss.
She lowered her hand and slid it back inside her cloak watching as the pirates climbed to their feet again all drawing closer but not close enough to extract an attack out of their supposed prisoner. Behind the Pirates the crew and their passengers cried, called for mercy or were to stricken with terror to do anything except stare in mute terror. Staring at the pirates from the shadows of her hood Sorah saw the uneasy looks in their faces, if they attacked she might do something terrible like call up a Tidal wave and drown them all after all she could have retaliated before now and washed them all off the ship.
“Capitian!” One of the crew men called. Sorah smirked as she waited for the captain of this Pirate vessel to show himself.
